Suspension Services
With over 25 years of racing experience, DHR specializes in turning good suspension into great suspension. DHR modified suspension delivers better bike stance, plusher ride, and improved bottoming resistance over stock.
Fork Revalving
It all starts with a full cleaning and flushing of fluids and critical components including valve stacks and pistons. Each component is checked for wear and replaced as needed. The forks are then individualized to the rider’s weight, speed, ability, and riding terrain. DHR’s own “Free-Bleed” pressure release system is added to help reduce the mid-stroke harshness found in many of today’s modern suspensions. Spring stiffness is evaluated and a rider specific valve stack is then assembled with Torco fluids added at specific heights and weights to further refine the fork characteristics for the individual rider.

Fork Rebuild
Good suspension doesn’t last forever. The day to day pounding at the track or in the woods wears down fluids and the critical components vital to your bike’s performance. DHR can bring your suspension back to life!
First, old fork oil is drained and fork cartridges multi-flushed with clean fluid to remove debris and contamination. Forks are then completely disassembled and inspected for wear. Worn components are replaced as needed and new Torco fluids added at levels tailored to the rider’s individual needs.
A fork rebuild returns your old suspension back to factory freshness. Consider a fork rebuild when fork action gets sticky or every 40 to 50 hours of riding.
$100 *Price Includes fluids. Parts additonal charge.

Shock Revalving
Put the power to the ground and soak up the big hits. That’s just part of the performance equation. With over 25 years of research, testing, and race proven experience, DHR delivers an individualized approach to suspension tuning that makes good suspension, great. DHR knows staged valving, they were there from the beginning.
A DHR Revalve starts with a full cleaning and flushing of fluids and critical components including valve stacks and pistons. Each component is checked for wear and replaced as needed. The compression adjuster is updated (bike specific) and the shock valving is individualized to the rider’s weight, speed, ability, and riding terrain. Spring stiffness is evaluated and fresh Torco fluids are added. A fresh nitrogen recharge completes the operation.

Shock Rebuild
Nothing lasts forever. That certainly rings true for your bike’s suspension. Fluid gets old and components get worn, which eventually leads to that not so fresh feeling. When big jumps seem bigger and traction is elusive, it might be time for a shock rebuild.
First, old oil is drained and shock bearings and components are cleaned, inspected, and checked for wear. The seal head is rebuilt and worn components replaced as needed. New Torco fluids are added and a nitrogen fresh nitrogen charge rounds it out.
Like your forks, consider a shock rebuild every 40 to 50 hours of riding to maintain maximum performance.
$150 *Price Includes fluids & seal kit.
Piston Ring: +$15 or +$30 depending on bike.
Bladders: +$25 and up.
Extended bladder caps available.
